    Teens
    Why am I sad all the time I am alone!! When I am with people I am OK but when I am alone I get flash backs and I get really sad all the time!

    It sounds like you may have some issues with depression and anxiety. When you say "flashbacks" I'm assuming you mean "memories of the past". Are these Good memories with Friends, or bad memories of something you do not want to remember?

    I would let your parents know how you are feeling and try to speak to a therapist (someone who will listen with an unbiased response).

    It is normal for people to feel depressed / anxious, especially at such a young age. Your growing up, and it can be strange at times.

    I know how you feel Ninoo! when I am not at home or not alone I feel happy ! I feel like someone is there and that I have found something that made me happy ! When I am feeling sad like that! I go for a walk or hangout with friends or talk to someonee! Keep yourself busy
