    Probation
Hey my girlfriend went to court today and the deny her request of earlier release because she only did 2 months and a half. They also said she don't have a stable home and no job. She staying in a motel and by friends cause she don't have no family. She can't get a job because her p o don't want to help her. Everything so go for a job they tell her she got and open case and he don't want to help. She stays in Florida and I stay in Louisiana. I have a place where she can stay but they don't want her to tranfer. I paid her fees and she did what all what she suppose to do. Is there anyway we can fight this.

Why doesn't she get a job where she is... and make the powers that be happy. And that's what its all about. Teaching you to follow the rules (actually her in this case).

Sure you CAN try and fight it... but you risk ticking them off and making them watch every move she makes even closer.

How much longer does she have to go with probation before she is free to move where she wants assuming they grant no early release?

8 more months make her halfway point she can get off then. She tries to get jobs nobody wants to hire her because her case saying still open and the p.o. is not talking to the job people for her. But she still looking for others jobs. Is just that I was trying to do something fast cause she has no where to go and no family and no money and she might end up on the street. I did everything I can do and I am still trying but I have a lot of bills now.

First of course they are not going to let her off this early, I am surprised an attorney would have tried, Normally you will have to do at least 1/2, if not 3/4 of the time before they will consider it.

Next not sure what you think PO's do, but they don't help you find a job, that is what you do.
