    What happens if the gift deed property donee dies...
    Kindly let me know... what happens if the gift deed property donee dies... after 1 year of the execution of the gift deed... the donor is the mother... and the donee is the son.. is the registered gift deed void...

    ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    I've never heard of a "gift deed". If property was giving as a gift, then it is given. Once the deed is recorded, the recipient now owns the property.
