    Tn violation of probation?
    I have 3 months left on a misdemeanor probation and was just charge with my first offense DUI. What am I looking at

    Hello R:

    It doesn't matter how much you have left. It matters how long your sentence was in the first place. They can violate you and make you serve it ALL. A DUI just might make them do that.

    Hire yourself a damn good lawyer.

    What was the first crime, did it have anything to do with drinking?

    They may do nothing but a warning, or they could make you serve the entire probation time in jail.

    What has your PO said after you notified them of the DUI arrest
