I have 3 months left on a misdemeanor probation and was just charge with my first offense DUI. What am I looking at

It doesn't matter how much you have left. It matters how long your sentence was in the first place. They can violate you and make you serve it ALL. A DUI just might make them do that.

They may do nothing but a warning, or they could make you serve the entire probation time in jail.
