    You have a passport and a visa that allows you to enter the US to get married ?

    By the way I often do weddings for free for people off this web site if they are doing a private service.

    I don't know why this isn't in the immigration sub-forum, but as I understand it, (s)he should first get a particular type of visa to allow her/him to enter the U.S. for the purpose of getting married.
