    Social services took my two children for being in a relationship with domestic violence I am in the process of fighting in court for them back I am now in a new relationship and 25 weeks pregnant will they take this child awy from me too ?

    They might consider it. Are you married to the father of the child? How long have you been with him? All of those factors can come into consideration and if the record shows you have poor judgement as a parent they may try to take the child.
