I was only with this guy for a month or two. Right now I am 3 months pregnant. I haven't heard from him in over a month because he offered to pay for abortion and I am not for that.

I am planning on moving to Texas with more family. The child will be born there.

So-- Does he have to pay child support if, I move out there?
Will he have visitation rights if, he pays child support?
Can he keep me from moving?

He will have visit rights even if he does not pay child support, one does not require the other.

Once the child is born you file for custody, file for child support. If he wants to file for visits he can do that

It does not matter where you and the child live. The father of the child can still be required to pay support.

It doesn't matter whether he pay support or not. As the legal father he is entitled to visitation should he want it.

He cannot stop you from moving while pregnant. But there is a possibility, though remote, that a court could force you to move back.

That is not necessary. I am divorce and my son is 6 year old. I was pregnant with the 2nd child with my boyfriend and I filed motion to relocate with the child. You have to have a good reason why you want to move out of state and why its interest the child. I explained all good reason. Took father to the court, (he doesn't like it and he got mad at me). I don't care if he gets mad. I know what its best for me and my child. And guess what? Judge approved me to move. It was a lot harder on the father. I have taken care of my 6 yr old since he was born, I raise him all by myself during marriage and during separation and divorce. The father decided to party without taking care of his son. And he disappeared for 8 months. Think I appericate his disappearnce? Nope. I'm only looking out for my child period. So, before you or anyone moves and is pregnant, and has court order, always file relocate with the minor and explain to the judge very good reason why you want to move? The judge will might ask you is there a visitation for mother or father to visit and how? I got what I wanted. Hope this is very helpful. Good luck!!

Oh by the way, as for child support, file that too and have the CSE (child support enforcement) stay in the area where the Obligor lives. So if the person is behind on child support, they can go catch him/her. If you have CSE in your area when you move, they can't get him/her. For ex: I move to TX and the father lives in Colo, the CSE will be in Colo because so that they can catch him easier. If CSE in TX, how can they catch him? It will be harder. So best apply CSE where the father lives. Hope this is helpful to you

As to the rest of your post. It reiterates what we have said that you need to get court approval to move.

As for child support, If the OP moves before the child is born, and then waits to file after the birth (as she would have to), it is likely the jurisdiction would be where the child was born. You can't pick where you file there are rules on who would have jurisdiction.
