    Certificate of Naturalization
My brought me to the USA when I was 5. I do have a US passport. I want to file for my mom who lives in another country. Do I need to have the Certificate of Naturalization in order to do so?

You do not need a certificate if you were not naturalized. How did you get your US citizenship, and were you 5 at that time? How old are you now, you must be 21 to petition for your mother.
