    Us naturalization marriage
    After being married to the same person for 35 years am I considered a US citizen?

    No, the USC generally files the relative petition and if you are eligible, you file the application for adjustment of status. If you are ineligible to adjust status to permanent residence, you would need to file for an immigrant visa at your home consulate, probably with a waiver.

    No, what is your immigration status, have you keep up your visa to be in the US>

    If you have done nothing in fact you could be an illegal or undocumented alien resident
