    Being pressured to pay off debt
    In October last year I received a letter about council tax from a previous property that has now gone to the solicitors I filled in an income and outgoings form as I am on benefits with a small part job earning £100.00 per month I offered to pay £50.00 permonth but this was not accepted they wanted £65.00 each week after numerous letters and phone calls today I received a vist from a bailiff demanding full payment or a warrant will be issued for my arrest I have offered to go to court to settle it
