Looking for Title of Children's Animated Movie

I use to watch this in the middle of the 90's - the movie is about a girl who is trying to get home and has a pair of sparkly red shoes, but it's not the wizard of oz. If I remember correctly, there was this huge field with tree stumbs and in the background was a castle. I haven't been able to find this movie since I lasted watched it and my parents do not remember it at all... I'm starting to think maybe I just dreamt the whole thing. Someone please help me.
