    My 1992 honda civic has no spark?
    Car turns over but has no spark,rotor turns so I know its not the timing belt

    If the CEL comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out, after the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), then replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil:
