A dangerous but delicate situation!
A friends daughter is married to a guy that believes that the woman should make the money, cook, clean, do all the work, bare the 10 children he wants(they have 3). They live like Gypsy's moving from place to place in a motor home. She believes everything he tells her as if she hasn't a mind of her own. He is even mean to the children as demonsrated in the 3 yr olds actions with younger children, he was caught with his hands around an 11 months throat. What can she do to help her daughter see the dangerous situation she and those children are in.. It is somewhat cultish!

This is a situation where it is very hard to do anything, and I'm not sure if you should. Interfering in someone else's marriage is always a bad idea.
I presume your friend's daughter was brought up in a normal household, where women had equal rights and responsibilities, and is used to seeing that lifestyle If so, then she is choosing to accept the present situation, and if she believes him, it's because she wants to, not because she has no alternative to him.
Make sure she knows she always has friends and family ready to back her up, but ultimately, it has to be her decision.

Until she gets sick, and tired enough to make some positive changes for herself, and her kids, all you can do is pray, and be ready to help when she needs it.

The mother of the 11 month old caught her 3yr old nephew with his hands around her 11 mo old daughters neck. I wonder where the 3yr old has seen this before?

Of course you realize this is all third party information. I think you are asking how to get through to your friend out of concern for her grandchildren, and her daughter.
You describe 'your friend's' daughter and partner as living like gypsies, in a cultish way, as well as essentially describe your friend's daughter as being naïve, a bad mother, and a stupid person. You even seem to know how she 'thinks' and that she believes her parter is correct with his sexist, overbearing attitude toward women. And, that he wants 10 children!! If we take away your comments as being unfounded (ie nothing mentioned about any proof, trouble with the police, involvement with other authorities involved with the children, etc.) what are we left with. Not much.
The child with his hands around the baby's neck could very well have been picked up from Bart Simpson, or video games, or a movie, or a cartoon.
I moved 12 times and my children were in six different schools in 8 years. Does that make me also a gypsy? Living a cultish life?
I don't know where your concern lies with so little to base anything on. I see no facts, only suppositions, and empty words, and a lot of judgment.
Unless you have first hand information of what you suggest- abuse, failure to provide the necessities of life, cult activities etc. my opinion is you're blowing a lot of hot air.
