    Child custoey laws in ar of a unborn child
    The man that is the father of my child laft me and the babie when I was in my second trmester... we were having problem cause he whanted drugs now I don't talk to my mom and now he's come to my mom and there trenting to take me to chort for custedy I'm 8 n a half months he was never there I try to get a hold of hem does he have eney rights

    He is the father of your child. That gives him certain rights and responsibilities. He can certainly go to court to seek custody, and you can give evidence of his drug use as a reason why he should not have custody. You should also seek a order order for maintenance for your baby.
