    Do I have rights
I am going to be a father. The mother filed for dovorce but it has never been finalized. She now has decided to return to her husband. Do I have any rights to my unborn son? I live in Michigan. She is moving to Florida to be with him. What can I do?

As soon as the child is born you need to get a peternity test. There is a possibility the child is not yours. If the test confirms the child is yours, then you need to file for custody. At the least you can force visitation.

This also means you will need to pay child support as well.

Contact the local Family court or consult a family lawyer to file the appropriate court orders.
