    Using creatine and wheyprotein together
    Can whey protein and creatine be used together,, if yes how and what would be the ratio before and after workout??

    Yes they can. Try one scoop of whey after your workout with water and a small amount of dextrose/glucose, and 3-5g of creatine.

    Creatine before a workout (same dose) can be useful if you do endurance sports, but the whey would be wasted. Keep it for after.
