    Wheel bearings? Struts?

The link below will provide perspective on replacing the wheel bearings:

Around 125,000 to 150,000 miles on Hondas, wheel bearings, struts, lower ball joints, and outer tie-rod ends tend to need replacing. In the long-run, it's easier and cheaper to replace all of these parts at the same time. Afterwards, the car will handle and ride like new.

Noises are tough to describe and the source and direction are difficult too.
I had a noise once that sounded like a vacuum leak and only at similar speeds to those you describe.. I was determined to find it and spent numerous hours in trying including dismantling a large portion of the dash.
Finally out of desperation and running out of things to try I put masking tape around the windshield gasket and the noise stopped. After much inspection I found a pinhole in the gasket which I sealed and never heard it again. Just a long shot from the 'what it's worth dept.".
