92 Civic won't start, turns over.
My sister's Civic is not starting. I was driving it for a while, and it seemed like the fuel pump wasn't working. It would randomly sputter a bit, then continue running fine. Now it will not start.

It's running now. I replaced the distributor cap, for kicks, and decided to fight with it for a while. I knew I was getting some gas, the fuel pump was loud enough to give me that, but the engine would sputter for a bit and die out when I turned her over.
