Hi I have 2 questions - I started working in the US on L1 A visa in Dec of 2007. Hence I filed my returns on the 1040 NR form for 2007. Question 1 - I have worked through 2008 in the US. I assume I can now use the standard 1040 form, as I meet the substantial presence criteria for 2008....
