Hello,first ov all we live in California and we want to get marry in las vegas Nevada,I'm only 16 years old and my boyfriend is 22 years and I'm pregnant,what shuld I do?would he get into any trouble here at California after we get marry?or what could happen with both ov us and our baby dats on da way?

Age of consent in CA is 18

(c) Any person who engages in an act of unlawful sexual
Intercourse with a minor who is more than three years younger than
The perpetrator is guilty of either a misdemeanor or a felony, and
Shall be punished by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one
Year, or by imprisonment in the state prison.

(A) An adult who engages in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse
With a minor less than two years younger than the adult is liable for
A civil penalty not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000).
(B) An adult who engages in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse
With a minor at least two years younger than the adult is liable for
A civil penalty not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000).
(C) An adult who engages in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse
With a minor at least three years younger than the adult is liable
For a civil penalty not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
(D) An adult over the age of 21 years who engages in an act of

Your parents will need to sign for you to be married, and no you can't run off to Vegas and get married, your parents could have it voided and even get him arrested for kidnapping if he took you away without their permission.

Next they can also call the police and go to the DA to charge him with rape since you are under the age of consent.

This is not a good situation as you are under the California age of consent. What you need to focus on now is your child on the way. If you keep the child & do not put it up for adoption, you have a whole lot of new responsibilities coming your way. It is not easy or fun to be a teen mother.

I already have permittion of my parents and they approve me to get marry with him but what I'm saying is that would he still get in any trouble? WE LIVE TOGETHER ALREADY BUT WEN WANT TO GET MARRY CUZ IM PREGNANT I MIGHT BE LIKE 2 OR 3 WEEKS ALREADY!

It depends on your location. Prosecutors take a dim view of pedophiles and child molesters. And, if it comes out that you are pregnant, they might take action. But if you have your parent's permission to marry (shakes head at that), then I suggest you get married in CA right away. Don't go out of state for the wedding. You can go to Vegas for the honeymoon if you want.

P.S. I predict the marriage ends after 2 years or less.
