Your parents will need to sign for you to be married, and no you can't run off to Vegas and get married, your parents could have it voided and even get him arrested for kidnapping if he took you away without their permission.

Next they can also call the police and go to the DA to charge him with rape since you are under the age of consent.

This is not a good situation as you are under the California age of consent. What you need to focus on now is your child on the way. If you keep the child & do not put it up for adoption, you have a whole lot of new responsibilities coming your way. It is not easy or fun to be a teen mother.

It depends on your location. Prosecutors take a dim view of pedophiles and child molesters. And, if it comes out that you are pregnant, they might take action. But if you have your parent's permission to marry (shakes head at that), then I suggest you get married in CA right away. Don't go out of state for the wedding. You can go to Vegas for the honeymoon if you want.
