    Nausea and vomitting
I am about 12 weeks pregnant. The smell, thought, and sight of food makes me vomitt. I know I am not eating enough and I am losing weight. I consume liquids, mainly milk all day. I've tried eating crackers, cold foods, soups, and eating at least once an hour, but nothing has helped. I do take a prenatal vitamin everyday. I'm nervous my eating habitts are very dangerous for my baby. What advice do you have?

I know you won't believe this, but all of your eating problems will even out. Nothing is happening to you that hasn't happened to others at l2 weeks. Just do the best you can. Milk is good, prenatal is good but better if you eat a cracker when you take it so you aren't taking the vitamin on an empty stomach.

Believe me, you will so much enjoy this time of your life when your body and hormones settle down and accept the changes in your body.

If you don't eat anything when you feel sick, that is okay too. You will know what to do instinctively at the right time.

I am so happy for you and your baby and you will get through this tough time of pregnancy when your body and that lovely little being inside of you decides on what is best for both of you. Everything in moderation.

Thank you very much. I hope it gets better soon. Being sick for weeks isn't fun! I know it will be worth it though.
