H-1B to F-1 Tax filing status
    Hi,

I am not quite sure if I should be filling as Resident Alien or Non-Resident Alien.

I was on H-1B from Feb2007 to July2009. Then, I switched to F-1 from Sept2009 till today. Right now, I am on OPT till July2011.

For year 2009, I filled as Resident Alien using 1040EZ.

Please advise me on what I should be doing for year 2010.

    Thanks a lot!
