    What wires goes to which?
I have a nutone fan/light unit. There is 2 whites, 1 black, 1 blue and 1 green coming out of the unit. From the switch it runs up into a junction box. From the junction box I have a green wire which is connected to a bare wire grounded, then I have a black, a red and a off white/tan wire. What goes to what? It is a 2 switch fan. Thanks.

I don't think I follow your post completely.

What I am reading is that you have Nutone fan/light combo. It has two white wires, one black wire, one blue wire and one green wire.

You have a switch box on the wall and a ceiling box. You have a 3 wire with ground cable between the two.

In the ceiling box you have a black wire, a red wire, a white wire and a bare ground wire. You have a green wire connected to the bare ground and to the box.

    Is that correct?

it is a 2 switch fan
    What does that mean?

The two white wires are neutral. The blue is probably the fan and the black is the light. The Green wire is ground.

    Yes, that is correct.

I meant that I have a switch to turn on/off the light and a second/seperate switch to turn on/off the fan.

There must another black and white wire in either the ceiling box or in the switch box. Post back with that information and I will draw you a diagram of the proper wiring.
