I lived in Colorado in 2009 from Jan-July. I didn't work, collect unemployment or earn any wages. I divorced, and moved to Utah where I have been working and earning. I have filed in Utah, but want to know if I have to file in Colorado.

Hello - My fiance' recently moved to Texas from Louisiana. She worked in both states. She also received unemployment in Louisiana as for time she wasn't working while residing there. How does she file as Louisiana has state taxes, and Texas does not.

I lived in IL and worked full time through July.. then moved to TN and worked here the remainder of the year. Do I file for both or just one? I know Tn doesn't have state taxes but IL does. I'm confused? Help please.. Thanks! :)
