    Filing in two states
I lived in Colorado in 2009 from Jan-July. I didn't work, collect unemployment or earn any wages. I divorced, and moved to Utah where I have been working and earning. I have filed in Utah, but want to know if I have to file in Colorado.

You are part year resident of Utah and part year resident of Colorado.
If you did not earn any income during Jan - July, you do not file Colorado tax return.
