    Tax Filing status
    I am a Indian on L1B visa. My wife is not working in the US(so no SSN). We have been in US for past 10 months. Can I file Tax returns as Married filing jointly?

    Yes. You can also claim moving expenses using Form 3903. L1-B tax filing: Your U.S. Tax Return: The U.S. Visas
