Reg : Filing Of Tax for Non-Resident and no regular income
    Hello
I have a question regarding filing of my tax papers. I returned to the country of my birth(india) in Jul 2009. I filed my tax returns in 2010 (while on F1-OPT), and I got my refund (state tax for 57$). I am curious if I have to file tax for 2011. I tried to fill the form (1040) and I get 0$ as taxable income. What should I do? Also do I need to fill out any additional forms to clarify that I no longer reside in the US.

If you neither worked nor lived in the United States in 2010, you have NO requirement to file ANY type of tax return (federal or state) in the United States.
