Reg : Paying tax after leaving the US and without income
    Hello
I have left the US in 2008 and filed my tax returns for 2009 for the year 2008. However for the 2010 year, do I need to file taxes. I know this is a stupid question, but I never had an income for the 2009 year. Please help.

Are you a U.S. citizen or resident? If not how many years did not live in U.S. and what visa you had?
