LIHTC income limits and projected income forces notice to vacate.
I received a notice to vacate on the 20th of last month, due to our income being too high to meet Low Income Housing Tax Credit guidelines, after talking to the land lord, we found many discrepancy, they counted my roommate's income twice, they applied a non-existent child support payment to our income, they refused to look at our w2's and No cause order proving that we made less then the maximum allowed for LIHTC guidelines. They have applied over 4 thousand dollars to our household income that does not exist.
LIHTC guidelines state that ALL INCOME MUST BE VERIFIED!

    What should I do?

    Please help :(
