What is Federal Income Support Notice
Hello, My husband left over a year ago and of course support payment have been put through The Family Responsibility Office. Finally after all this time they have said they have sent him a Federal Income Support Notice. Could you please tell me exactly what this notice is and what it is suppose to accomplish as I have no idea what it really legally means in terms of receiving child support.

Thank you very much for your time and expertise

It sounds like it's a notice that they sent to your ex of intent to intercept taxes and benefits.
