What does an ibm partial M&L (moving and living) cover?
I work for IBM in the San Francisco Bay Area and I am being offered a job in Tucson AZ. IBM is offering a partial M&L (moving and living). Full M&L covers everything from IBM taking charge of selling your home and covering all move related expenses (including paying closing costs on new home), but no one seems to know what a partial M&L covers. Does anyone out there know?

This is really a question for your HR department to answer for you. It should be listed in any contract you sign. Ask them what it covers and what it doesn't cover. Also get it in writing.
