    Navel healed wrong.
    I've had my belly button pierced for over 6 months, it's fully healed, but at the end of the healing it healed crookedly and now Ican't move it up, down, or sideways. What should I do?

    This may sound horrible, but try to get the piercing out, if it's having a hard time moving it will hurt, but that may be the best thing. Giving it a chance to move the bar, clean it and try to put it back in.

    If you can manage to get it out but can't get it back in, go see who ever did the piercing, they are professionals and can help you better than I can
