    Did not sign the lease to apartment?
    Second Viewing of the apartment I was not happy. I decided to not get it. Will this be and Problem for me. I know their will not give me the Applicaton fee Back. I this Correct. Thank you

    Yes, an application fee is not refundable. That pays for the background search. The papers you signed should indicate that it is non-refundable. Did you sign a lease or rental agreement... or any other paperwork?
