    Can the apartment lease be signed and buyer rescind lease?
    Person signed lease to apartment and also put in security deposit and roommate decided to back out of lease. Does the 3-day recission apply in the state of Texas?

    What 3 day recission ? Unless the lease gives any specific time frame there is no "backout period" once signed it is valid from the minute signed by both parties.
