When I was clothes the toilets and the showers back up, its flooded both bathrooms. This happened not to long ago (6 months or so) and the washer has been leaking water for the past month. Any ideas on what to do? Don't really want to call a plumber if I can help it. Any help is wonderful, thanks

Run snake down vent from roof. Extend it about 15 feet past toilet/shower.

After running snake, treat drains with 1 up vinegar to 3 cups warm water. Let sit overnight. Flush in morning with 2 gallons very hot water. If u catch water just as it starts to boil, by time u get to shower should be good.

As maintenance, treat all drains about once a month.

    Where is washer leaking from?

    Good luck

    grskentucky,

You shouldn't piggy back on someone else's post. Start your own.

Remove hot water hose, both from the faucet and the washer. Check for clogged screens.
