I have a leaky laundry tub faucet. But the screw in the faucet handle won't come loose. I think the top of the screw is worn out and it won't take a screw driver. Help

Plus, I have a squeaky bathroom faucet knob. But it doesn't take a regular washer it's in cased in a plastic stem. I rubbed some plumber grease on it and it stops for a week or two but it squeaking again. Help
