    Can you tell us why you want to do this? Some folks do stuff like this thinking they can save money if they die or need to go into a nursing home, are you along these line

    First there are several ways to do it, depending on why you want to . So as asked what is the purpose.

    Next how old is son, 8 or 18 or 48, that also makes a difference.

    Is the house paid for, or is there a mortgage, that makes a difference also.

    Do you live in the home, does son also live in home, that makes a difference if you are claiming homestead exmption in some areas on taxes.
