    Why are you adding someone
    Are you sure you want to give partial ownership to another person

    Do you have any type of written agreement if your relationship goes bad as to what happens to the house.

    Do you have a lien ( loan) on the house, and if yes, have you gotten permission from the lender to add someone.

    Those answers will help us in what process would be best
