    Can someone on federal probation live in the same house with someone that got caught
    She's suspose to be living with her mom also, she has a worker at the dhhr. If she can get into trouble what would happen?

    A person on federal probation is not allowed to associate with a felon. I don't know if the person who got caught is a felon.

    What is this, how to keep breaking the law and how to know whether it's worth it? Your question barely makes sense, since we don't even know what 'someone who got caught' got caught for, but it doesn't matter. Don't violate probation, or else. You really don't have any rights when you are on probation, and they can do any number of things. There's no way to answer your question even if we did know every detail.

    Well, from your question it appears that the parolee is not living where she is supposed to, that is a violation of probation. I have to agree with joy, its very hard to understand what the situation is.

    Yes, she HAS to live where probation tells her to live... or she's in violation of probation. And, yes, she could get into trouble and that includes going to prison to serve out her time.

    It's difficult to understand what you are asking. Can you elaborate a little?
