    Experts in gyn?
    Can changes in female genitalia i.e. clitoral shrinkage be reversed by hormone treatment ?
    I am 49 years old snd currently not taking hrt, I have not had a period for 2 years and still have my womb.

    I don't know about the clitoris changing size from HRT, but personally avoided HRT (for menopause) because of the ever changing data about the risks.

    HRT should not be taken for this purpose. There are risks, including cancer, that are increased by taking HRT.

I work in a hospital and had the opportunity to ask one of the Doctors about IUI's. He told me that washed or unwashed semen, which ever the patient preferred, would be inserted via catheter into the uterus. I thought it was not safe to inject unwashed semen. Is it?
