    I'm looking for help with my 17 year old step son
    My boyfriend and I have merged our 7 children. I am having a problem with his 17 year old son. He is the oldest of all the kids. My boyfriend works 2nd shift so I am the adult that is home when they all get home from school until they go to bed. His son constently disrespects me. I don't know what to do anymore. Please help

    It is very possible that he was used to being the "adult" when his dad was gone to work and helping to raise his other brothers and sisters.

    If you are now treating him as a child, when he was used to being the adult, there can be issues
