    I have roaches in my apartment and the landlord are not being helpful at all

    Define helpful? They will never eliminate them in a apartment building, particularly if there are any slobs living there, and there always is... only control them. And that's all they have to do. Keep them under control.

    We need to know what measures they have actually taken... not just those you have actually seen.
