    Do you have to do 90 days if you broke probation or can you get bail
    i need to know if this dead beat will get out next week

    It's not one way or the other... He could get MORE or he could get LESS... He WON'T get bail.

    Almost no place allows bail for violation of probation. I have heard a few people on here claim they have, but in a dozen states I have never seen it.

    You normally be held in jail till you have a hearing, that may be a week or two months, that all depends on your local judge and the court schedule.

    Then at the hearing, you could be make to serve up to your entire original sentence in jail. Or put back on probation
