Almost no place allows bail for violation of probation. I have heard a few people on here claim they have, but in a dozen states I have never seen it.

You normally be held in jail till you have a hearing, that may be a week or two months, that all depends on your local judge and the court schedule.

Then at the hearing, you could be make to serve up to your entire original sentence in jail. Or put back on probation
