    Recurring dream
Hi I'm 34 now, but when I was a kid I always had the same dream for about 6 years,, I can't remember much but something was chasing me ,I would run all over the house throughing things behind me and holloring for help, my mother would grab me and get me back in bed,, then in the morning I never remembered what happened,, all I remember is the number 999 meant something important and the colors red gold and a green kind of color, the dreams stopped at about 12, but till this day if I see that color combination I get a overwellming feeling of dread and feel sick,,

What you have to consider is the idea of the "boogie man scares kids too" In your past did these coulours mean anything to you ? Like did something happen when you were that age that made you really hate the colours so much?

If so then , it might have been something bad that happened that you cannot remember , but that event or person did something bad to you that an overwhelming fear has you hating these colours more that you become physically sick.

Hypmotherapy could be an idea to go back into your early memories as a child to understand why you have such a fear of these colours and to understand within yourself what happened better so that you can go through your life enjoying these colours rather than fearing them so much.

Do a little research on past-life experiences. The colours you described were much like the traditional colours of Oriental architecture and design. Perhaps you have a past life that is trying to show itself to you and is coming through in your dreams. Past life experiences usually use dreams as a medium to connect with the present soul.

It's so funny (or scary) how dreams work. When I was young I had recurring dreams, which I can't even begin to describe, but the dread you're experiencing happens to me as well at times. What sign are you? I thought I was the only one to have gone through that. Maybe there's some time of connection with some type of people.
