Rheem Furnace Model RGRA-ignitor problems
My furnace starts up and shuts down, we replaced the thermostat thinking it was that. My husband said it looks like its not inginting the flame. You can hear the blower blowing cold air nothing more. Please help this unit I believe is 6 -7 years old.

The draft blower suddenly started making a grinding noise. I don't know if the fan picked up some debris or if a fin blade might have broken. I have removed the 4 mounting screws that attach the blower to the furnace, but the blower barely budges. Seems to still be stuck to the furnace wall.
