    1996 honda accord won t start after turning off on while driving
    After changing into fourth gear my car turned off I was able to pop the clutch once but it turned right back off... When I try to start it, it sounds like it wants to start but it doesn't?

    If the CEL comes on and goes off after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), then replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil:
