    What is Dengue virus and how is it transmitted to human?
    Where is it commonly found in the world?
    What are the symptoms of it?
    When was the first case of Dengue fever in the U.S.
    Are there any diagnosis/treatments or vaccine for this virus?

    Does this "someone" you need to talk to need to have certain credentials? Like a doctor?

    No, I am not an expert on the topic. To be totally honest, I don't know that you will find an expert here, with the credentials you need.
